This role will support the consolidation of the financial statements, for inclusion in the quarterly SEC filings. This work includes the following:Support consolidation of financial statements and prepare other reports for use for internal globally consolidated financial reporting processLiaise with both internal and external auditors to resolve issues related to financial reporting and controlsSupport development of enterprise U.S. GAAP-compliant consolidated financial statements as a basis for SEC filings and press communicationsEnhance internal control mechanisms and improve the consolidations & reporting processesEffectively interact with all levels of the organization and across multiple geographic regionsPerform key analysis on consolidated financial results to provide insights on trendsSupport significant transformation to enhance our EPM (OneStream) application:What are we looking forRequired qualifications:A minimum of bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinancePrior experience of 2-3 years in accounting/financeKnowledge of consolidation process including monthly/quarterly closeA working knowledge of U.S. generally accepted accounting principlesStrong analytical experience to quickly review and assess trendsAbility to partner with people at all levels of the organizationAbility to lead and collaborate in a matrixed environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexityAbility to execute and follow-through to completion and ensure key compliance and documentation requirements are metPreferred requirements/competencies:CPA, CMA, Chartered Accountant, CGMA or other professional accounting qualificationMBA and/or other business/accounting master's degreeExperience in public accounting and/or a public company environmentOneStream or other financial consolidation system knowledge/experienceWhat's in it for youCompetitive Total Rewards PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & MoreLearning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
