ACTUARIAL ASSOCIATE Reinsurance Actuarial Department, New York City Background The US Reinsurance Pricing team is based in New York and currently consists of 8 individuals. The team supports underwriters working in New York across General Casualty, Professional Liability, Property & Multiline and Specialty lines of business. The purpose of this role is to provide pricing assistance to the US Reinsurance team. This role reports to the Vice President & Reinsurance Pricing Actuary in New York. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in pricing individual treaty submissions. Contribute to the testing and improvement of actuarial models. Collect and analyze industry data for usage within pricing tools. Prepare data for inclusion in pricing database. Meet with brokers and clients as required. Complete Casualty Actuarial Society designation (or equivalent).
