Kelly is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join this Client's team in Pittsburgh, PA. Job Specifications: Job Type: Temporary Assignment Location: Pittsburgh, PA in the North Shore area Pay Rate: $20 - $22 an hour depending on experience Shift: 1st Shift Hours 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Casual Dress Attire Roles and Responsibilities: Answer telephone calls, type documents, order office supplies, and maintain department files Use computer software such as Word, Excel, and SAP to produce reports and presentations Handle incoming customer inquiries and communicate cross-functionally with customers, vendors, and contractors Support the Restoration process by placing PA One Calls, analyzing data, and tracking data via the SharePoint database Process invoice requisitions, reconcile purchase card statements, handle confidential records and information, and make travel arrangements Maintain department information databases and process confidential records Investigate questionable areas on reports or requests for information and make administrative decisions Qualifications & Skills: Ability to learn and retain knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures Excellent computer software skills (Microsoft Office and various software programs) High level of initiative and judgment Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to collect and compile data efficiently Proficient in SAP Ability to multitask and use time management skills to coordinate multiple customer requests APPLY IMMEDIATELY As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
