It's a great time to be a part of ZOLLJob TypeHybridJob SummaryThe Public Safety Marketing Manager (North America) will lead the demand generation team in the development and optimization of our digital and traditional demand generation ecosystem. Working collaboratively with internal and external creative, web, public relations and digital services, this role will plan and execute integrated marketing programs including strategic planning, lead generation & nurturing, content creation, public relations, social media management, events, analytics and reporting. This role requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, creative, analytic and project management expertise.Essential Functions Develop, manage, and optimize all omni-channel marketing campaigns, partnering with internal and external resources. Determine campaign and activity duration, frequency, event interaction, channel considerations, messaging and creative. Conduct a needs assessment, define requirements and timeline. Manage and communicate individual campaign project milestones and tasks, including scheduling and coordination of demand gen team. Lead the strategic development and use of advanced, data-centric targeting by key segments. Maintain and improve the quality and governance of the marketing database, with tactics such as list segmentation, data enrichment projects to improve targeting, data cleansing and list loading. Budget development and management, monitoring key metrics and development strategies to optimize performance. Use sound methodologies to test new strategies, tools, and capabilities that serve to advance team performance. Report out and collaborate in cadence of ongoing business reviews with internal marketing team and key stakeholders. Stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends, and technologies in marketing and communications. Influence and educate team members and the wider marketing organization to adopt and deploy new and emerging marketing, advertising, and selling tactics and technologies. Required/Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications including integrated campaign planning, content creation, digital, web and community management. Experience collaborating with editorial, design and digital development teams Experience in marketing communications, SEO, social media, marketing automation and digital lead generation Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Entrepreneurial-minded marketing expert with an internal drive to continuously hit goals. Command of KPIs and how to deliver desired results. Strong writing and creative thinking abilities with an expertise in how to tell a story using words, images, and video. Proven understanding of how to create digital and traditional content that entices the target audience to take action. Exceptional organizational, analytical and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong attention to detail. Proactive mentality with strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency with inbound content marketing platforms such as Hubspot. Proficiency with Salesforce. Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 2 - 3X's per year.
