The Clinical Account Specialist will develop account level strategy to increase awareness and adoption of SSO2 in their targeted hospitals.JOB FUNCTIONSJob Type: RemoteEssential FunctionsWork as part of a field team to advance the commercial adoption of TherOx SSO2 therapyWork with the field team to develop a strategy to drive TherOx SSO2 utilization at targeted accountsMeet or exceed case growth objectives via education, training, and sales activitiesCoordinate and perform on-site training for clinicians and allied health personnelDrive continuous expansion of the user base through product, clinical and marketing dataSupport customers' efforts to adapt and incorporate new therapy (i.e. SSO2) into the workflow of the hospitalProvide product evaluation support in hospitals and other medical facilities.Assist with regional sales and marketing events that create therapy awareness and adoptionConduct routine customer visits and document visits accurately and timelyPartner with marketing, clinical affairs, reimbursement, business operations, and other ZOLL internal teamsProvide support during live cases to customers virtually or in-personComply with all policies and standardsProvide on-call support as assigned, on a rotating basisAny other job responsibilities as assigned by management and subject to modification.QUALIFICATIONSAny similar combination of Education & Experience is acceptable.EducationMinimum Associates degree in Nursing or Life Sciences or relevant experiences.Work ExperienceMinimum at least 2 years' experience in interventional cardiovascular medicine, or device industry preferred.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Beneficial but not required: work experience in a hospital cath lab, a basic knowledge of interventional cardiology procedures, and general sales experience.Ability to understand and escalate customer issues in a timely manner to the supervisorExcellent follow-through skills, interpersonal skills, hardworking and be detailed orientedDemonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
