The Marketing and Community Outreach Representative is responsible for their respective territories, Northern or Southern. The Northern Jersey locations consist of facilities in Livingston, Wayne, Rochelle Park, and Bridgewater. The Southern territories consist of Princeton, Brick, Avenel, Marlboro, and Flemington. The right candidate will take charge of promotional and informational work planning, scheduling, and assisting in the development and execution of marketing and promotional services for The Client's Mental Health and Substance Abuse Programs to meet the organization's growth objectives. Job Functions and Duties: Work smart to grow The Client's programs in the assigned area through creative marketing and sales strategies Actively seek and facilitate professional networking opportunities for The Client by cultivating relationships and creating referral opportunities Cultivate public relations opportunities through prospective media, professional and educational speaking events and programs Create comprehensive marketing literature, promotional tools for distribution Coordinate and deliver customer related information and materials; work with practice representatives to promote The Client's programs and services; prepare and disseminate service communication and education; assists agency in strategic planning process by compiling and reporting market intelligence Work collaboratively with program directors to facilitate customer outreach services in effort to exceed customer needs and expectations Uses quantitative measurement tools to track and report on resultsWrite content for blogs, print materials, newsletters, brochures, posters, direct mail pieces, internet promotions, videos and ad copy for print and broadcast media Collaborate with vendors and internal team on design and dissemination Compile and analyze periodic reports regarding referral patterns, service area data, physician and clinician utilization, feedback and satisfaction.Qualifications: Mental health professional with a flare for business development Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of two years of marketing experience in similar field (behavioral health) is required. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with MS Office. Must possess excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
