JOB DESCRIPTION Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor of Business Administration Travel Percentage : 15 - 25%Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing: Drive program from vision/strategy into implementation through leadership of cross-functional team members and stakeholdersAbility to successfully manage multiple complex projects and work efforts simultaneously while delivering high quality work product throughout the life cycle of each projectCommunicate project status across all levels of the organization, including Executive stakeholders and clientsUnderstand and effectively leverage best practice change management methods, tools and approaches to create an effective change plan to manage key change risks associated with deploying projects and deriving a return on investmentTrack and manage multiple project or workstreams, financial and business metrics and success criteria throughout the program's durationPartner with the Business/functional teams to ensure that the definition, documentation, measurement, maintenance and ownership of key business processes are clearly definedAct as agent of change across the company to drive key change initiatives across the business to improve processesProactively identify and manage specific issues, risks, and conflicts and work with all stakeholders, for proper action and interventionDefine, establish & communicate a detailed project plan together with agreed timelines, identifying critical milestones, interdependencies and risksStrategic and end-to-end process thinker, with proven experience in leading transformational change programsAbility to distill complex problems and propose, communicate and drive solutionsDefines, maintains and enhances global enterprise delivery to support business objectives, strategic development roadmap and client business needs.Designs, enhances and implements practice offering to support specific client requirements and address market opportunities.Consults with sales, account management and client on the appropriate business solutions to meet specific client requirements and strategic business needs.Consults with clients on the most strategic technology projects within a practice area.Collaborates with internal stakeholders, e.g., product management, development, sales, and senior management to define and support assigned practice area.Nurtures relationships, defines consulting engagements to support relationship needs and sells the initiative.Maintains quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to gain referrals for new clients and achieve excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.Identifies business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.Ensures delivery practice provides industry thought leadership.Mentors and develops resources to grow delivery practice knowledge among services organization.Researches and resolves critical issues related to project in a timely and professional manner.Provides technical and business domain expertise.What you bring: Project Management experience and capabilities for both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologiesExperience with leading complex compliance and regulatory initiatives preferred8+ years of program management or equivalent experience with significant leadership accountabilitiesFinancial/business modeling and analysis skillsProven experience in change management leading large, complex, transformational projects under challenging timelinesProven track record of delivering measurable benefits to an organization, successfully executing to milestones and commitmentsHighly experienced using MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Rally or equivalent Agile tools, and other standard applicationsMinimum BA/BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plusProject Management or equivalent certification(s) a plusKnowledge of Payments or Financial Services industries a plus.Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
