Our client, a leading financial services provider , is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst , you will be part of the IT Department supporting cross-functional teams . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , excellent communication abilities , and collaborative teamwork skills , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Jr. Business Analyst, Teller 21 Location: [Cleveland, Ohio] Pay Range: [$40-$50/hour] What's the Job? Define and document requirements for new application features and enhancements aligned with strategic priorities. Identify user business needs and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Collaborate with users, vendors, and development teams to deliver optimal technical solutions. Participate in the design process to ensure alignment with business requirements and an optimized user experience. Support user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases. What's Needed? 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in related IT roles. Minimum 2 years of operations experience as a Teller using Argo and Teller21. Familiarity with Alogent Front Counter and GL reconciliation processes for retail branches. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
