Position : Sanitation Technician Location : Bridgeton, New Jersey Requisition ID: : 26246 JOB SUMMARY Cumberland Dairy has an immediate job opening for a Sanitation Technician team member who ensures the plant meets mandatory sanitation requirements for machinery, equipment, and facilities. This will also include safely operating power equipment, handling inventory and transfers of bulk chemical, as well as following GMP's. It takes an incredible team to deliver the goodness of dairy and enrich our communities - come join us PAY: $17/HR SCHEDULE: Weekly - Tuesday to Saturday 10am-6:30pm BENEFITS: 401(k) with company contribution Competitive pay Paid vacation and holidays Career growth opportunities - we promote from within Comprehensive healthcare benefits Service recognition and employee appreciation events Employee referral program Tuition reimbursement Uniforms provided Work for dairy farm families REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in high speed, high volume automated manufacturing environment is preferred Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal Must be able to read, speak, and write in English Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with capabilities to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to work near moving mechanical parts with risk of electrical shock Must be able to work in a wet environment with toxic or caustic chemicals Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays An Equal Opportunity Employer
