Job Summary As a Robotic Cell Technician (3rd Shift) , you will ensure robotic cells are functioning properly while maintaining the accuracy of work. Additional Info : This role is located in York, PA and does not offer relocation This role is 3rd shift : Sunday-Thursday 9:30pm-6am This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules What You Will Do: Reviewing and acting on schedule releases and follow up for on-time shipments. Leading to ensure timely delivery and availability of parts to support customer requirements. Actively monitor robotic cells while under operation and perform routine recoveries as needed to maintain uptime targets. Serving as focal point for suppliers. Coordinating with suppliers to resolve issues and ensuring performance. Ensure required indirect materials such as film, labels, boxes, etc. are replenished in a timely manner to avoid downtime and ensure consistent performance of Robotic Cells. Support problem solving activities for facility Automation Specialist and AutoStore supervisors. Work to alleviate problem situations or to satisfy critical expediting or ordering problems. Recommends changes in the movement of material and/or areas to assure the proper and timely completion of material distribution systems. Participates in establishing plans for continuous improvement in future automation manufacturing projects and expansion of Robotic Cells. Responsible for metric reporting and tracking. Responsible for York, PA software and hardware maintenance What You Have (Required Skills): Effective communications skills and the ability to work with all levels of personnel. Logistics Application Systems : Knowledge of company and industry databases and applications used in a logistics environment; ability to operate, maintain and update these systems. Problem Solving : Technical troubleshooting in robotics. Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Identifies and documents specific problems and resolution alternatives. Examines a specific problem and understands the perspective of each involved stakeholder. Accuracy and Attention to Detail : Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
