The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.GENERAL FUNCTION The E-Commerce Channel Sr Analyst (ECSA) supports the VP, E-Commerce (SDE) and the e-commerce Director with achieving sales growth within the dynamic e-commerce channel of trade. The ESCA will be a critical part of the team supporting the identification of growth opportunities and delivering on sales objectives. The ECSA will bring insights to the E-Commerce sales and marketing teams and manage the forecasting and planning of the e-commerce channel.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESForecast & BudgetingSupport the Director in the achievement of performance objectives including sales units, dollars and AUP.Manage the annual and quarterly budget process in collaboration with VP, Director and Business Analyst.Provides rolling update to internal teams of business outlook as compared to forecast and budget on monthly basis.Forecast current & future business by analyzing sales reports to ensure sales targets are achievedForecast weekly, monthly and quarterly orders and invoicing volume/trend and report out to managementMonitor & analyze sell-in and sell-out sales to inform budgeting and reporting.Manage collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment process with key customers.Sales Analysis & ReportingGenerate business reporting including weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and post promotion sales reports and provide recaps highlighting sell-in opportunities & risks.Develop reporting processes to track sell-out performance, customer inventory, turns and WOS.Analyze the sales impact of product launches, promotions and marketing initiatives.Deliver brand sales reporting as requested by the brand management, inventory planning and business intelligence teams.Develop customer procurement models by brand to streamline market procurement process.Monitor customer's weekly replenishment order flow and monthly return requestPlans, reconciles and reports the monthly co-op log and workbook.Relationship BuildingDevelop relationships with internal teams including business planning, inventory planning, brand teams and sales operations to support the Director and drive account strategies.Develop relationships and trust with key customers including Amazon.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years of sales analysis & budgeting experience requiredBachelor's Degree; concentration in business/finance preferredDemonstrated experience working with multiple data sourcesResults oriented with strategic sales approachStrong analytical skills, verbal and written skills, and presentation skillsEffective project management skills and strong organization/time management skillsDemonstrated ability to succeed in a complex environment across large cross-functional teamsAbility to maintain key management relationships, both internal and externalExtremely detail oriented and well organizedStrong Retail Math skills, both sell-in and sell-outExcellent PC skills including Advanced Excel and Power Point skillsProficient in SAPPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred experience in CPG, fashion or retail industries is a plusEcommerce experience a plusExperience with Amazon Vendor Central a plusPay Range: 73,939.02-113,806.40Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
