Comply with the Location's attendance/tardiness and uniform standards.Performs basic deicing service to commercial aircraft.Responsible for checking aircraft for leading edge ice and frost.Apply deice fluid type 1 and 4 to aircraft wings, fuselage and tail.Responsible for driving large heavy vehicles around aircraft while deicing operation is being performed.Responsible for accurate accounting of deicing fluid transactions.Perform daily quality control checks on equipment and vehicles.Operate headset/radio to provide communication between ground crew, flight crew, and dispatch.Provide additional service as required as required by the needs of the Operation.Know and comply with all safety procedures.Able to meet the Station's attendance standards. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Experience driving large, heavy equipment preferred.Able to continually lift push/move 70 lbs.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily with or without accommodation.Possess/maintain a valid State driver’s license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experienceMust be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidaysSpecific shifts to be determined by administrative staff due to operational needsMust be able to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operationAbility to work in inclement weather
