BH GUARD Insurance Companies are rated A+ (Excellent) by AMBest.We are seeing a IT Project Manager to oversee the implementation of IT projects. In this role, you will lead meetings and workshops, enhance cross-functional collaboration, facilitate communication, and influence outcomes across underwriting, claims, actuarial, analytics, product development, and operations, The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of demonstrated results in the insurance industry, including successleading and managing complex cross-functional projects from idea to post-deployment. The position can be located in either Wilkes-Barre, PA, Philadelphia, PA or Parsippany, NJ. Manage and implement project plans, backlogs, RAID logs, resource plans, and other project management artifactsLead meetings and workshops with cross-functional team members; develop strategies to enhance cross-functional collaborationResponsible for facilitating communication and influencing outcomes across underwriting, claims, actuarial, analytics, product development, operations, et al.Responsible from project initiation phase to completion; responsible for establishing key metrics, monitoring execution, and reporting on resultsProactively step into address critical needs as they arise throughout the project’s lifecycleSuccessful candidates will possess the following skills/capabilities:Bachelor’s degree (required), master’s degree (preferred)8+ years of experience in project/program management5+ years of demonstrated results in the insurance industrySuccess in leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects from idea to post-deploymentProven track record managing off-track projects back to on-track through communication and action mitigating.A self-motivated individual able to work with varying organizational and geographic stylesDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organizationEnjoys being a team player and collaborating in the creation of entirely new products and business modelsAgility to work across multiple internal teams and multiple assignments in a dynamic environmentExperience producing project artifacts including but not limited to project plans, requirements documents, functional specifications, and data mapping and process flowsConsulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharingSalary Range: 100,000.00.00-$300,000.00 USD with performance-based bonus potential The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3-4 days per week and also be available for travel as required.The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
