Join a team of highly engaged, like-minded colleagues who care for each other through camaraderie, teamwork, mentorship and mutual support.Primary responsibilites will be to support candidates through their pre-employment and pre-boarding process prior to starting at East Penn.By showing the new hire their new position on the plant floorGoing over offer detailsAssisting them with their pre-employment paperworkProcessing the candidate through the HRIS systemOther responsibilites may entail:Scheduling internal/external applicants for testing and interviewingCoordinating and administering the testing of applicantsGenerating various employment reportsReference checking applicants as requestedMaintains HRIS system Processes termination notices, payroll change notices and address changesPosting jobs internally Entering and updateding job descriptionsAssists Recruiter and fills in when needed with the scheduling of applicants for pre-employment screening.Assists Recruiter and fills in when needed with preparing AdvertisementsAssists Recruiter and fills in when needed with High School recruiting Assists Recruiters and fills in when needed with attending and preparing for job and career fairs.Assists Recruiter and fills in when needed with conducting Interviews internal and externalResponsible for quality of work produced. Performs other duties as requestedA positive attitude and be a self starterStrong communication skills and be personableStrong organizational skills and accuracyStrong Computer Skills - Excel, Word, General database knowledgeAbility to work with confidential informationAbility to multi-taskAbility to work with deadlinesFamiliarity with Hiring and Transfer processAbility to work flexible hoursBachelors degree in Human Resources preferred
