DC - Shift Coordinator Essex, VTAs the Shift Coordinator you will be accountable for ensuring the daily DC / Plant material movement requirements are completed safety and accurately by your Team. You will need to partner for success with the multiple KDP business groups in a fast paced and constantly evolving work environment. This role reports to the D2 VT Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor.Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position working our N2 schedule. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.6:00pm-6:15amWeek 1 Thursday-SundayWeek 2: Friday-SundayCompensation: This is a full-time hourly position. Paid on a biweekly basis.What you will do:Set task priorities and manage Teams workload.Manage material movements to and from production (Finished Goods & Raw Materials)Perform Inventory Audits and Cycle Count Event Management.Support IC Team as Needed / escalate & resolve inventory issuesPartner with Quality to capture & contain Non-conforming materials and release process.Coordinate/Communicate Raw Material transfers (open STO’s) and Waste/ Scrap ShipmentsRun and generate reports as needed. (SAP, Excel, MES)Perform Safety Gemba’s, Quality Gemba’s and document results (Teams, AIC, Aramark)Audit and update Standard work and facilitate the Teams training requirement.
