As a Human Resources Administrator you will provide administrative support related to various Human Resources and Benefits functions withing the Employee Relations department.Update HRIS system (UKG) to reflect the current status of all employees (i.e., pay changes, promotions, reviews, transfers, and terminations)Ensure proper and timely completion of all I-9sComplete weekly, monthly and quarterly audits that pertain to the HR and Benefits departmentsPerform weekly pay scale progression updatesAdminister background checks for new hiresVerify completed application processes for new hiresCalculate and communicate any vacation over/underpayments to Payroll on a weekly basis for all full-time terminationsProduce and distribute various reports on a regular basis and per requestAssist applicants and new hires with completing of applications in iCIMS systemAssist with completing employment verifications while ensuring data security and consistencyCommunicate with IQ Leaders related to different aspects of Human ResourcesMaintain updated documentation of the Human Resources Administrator processes and procedures Assist the Systems Manager with various projects, auditing, and reportsAssist with responding to HR calls and emailsContinuously look for opportunities to improve processesDetail OrientedAbility to multitaskTeam player with a positive attitudeGood communication skillsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to handle confidential matters with discretionPrevious Benefits/ HR experience is a plusExperience with UKG is a plusExperience with iCIMS is a plusStable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentFast-paced work environmentComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days*This is not a remote position.
