Description You know how to clear the way, attend to complex situations, and serve as a trusted this role, you operate as the subject-matter expert on access, reimbursement, and operationalissuesaffecting the client product. You will:Execute and maintain contracted relationships with key accounts and customers (institutions,hospitals, IDN, physicians, and staff)Utilize market resources to expand the use of the product and improve patient access Identify barriers to patient access for the product and develop a path for solutionsLeverage all national, regional, state, and local level key account market knowledge to drivebusiness plans and strategiesMaintain compliance with all corporate and industry policiesand proceduresEssential Requirements:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 5 years' field-based pharmaceutical/biotech sales and/or marketing experience3 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Account leadership and/or 3 years of direct line leadership experienceEstablished relationship with P&T committees, medical leadership and/or pharmacy directors within key assigned accounts, IDN'sMust live within territory or within territory boundaries.Desired Requirements: Master's degreeExperience in the pain arenaValid driver's license with the ability to travel, including overnightThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $185,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
