Escrow Support Associate NeededLHH has a client in Lake Mary, FL who needs an Escrow Support Associate on a contract opportunity (Chance to extend or convert based on business need)This is a great chance to get in with a reputable company to advance your careerJob Overview/Duties:Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of timeshare escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork. Ensures the imaging process meets quality control standards.Primary role is to scan/image escrow-related documents to insure history is archived and that vital records are protected. Performs wire/ACH and check deposits into escrows and handles nightly banking deposits. Responsible for the daily retrieval and tracking of overnight packages and mail and disburses accordingly to the teams. Responsible for the monthly accounting reconciliation of certain projects. Maintains office supply orders. Maintains the conference room calendar and schedules, as needed. Ensures office is opened at beginning of business hours and secured at end of business hours. Greets and attends to guests. Ensures support for escrow personnel, as needed100% onsite, no opportunity for remote/hybridPotential for extension and temp to permTop desired skills: Would like candidates with administrative support in a real estate setting (preferred, but not required), previous escrow assistant background, or someone with administrative support in a high volume/large office.Title: Escrow Support AssociateLocation: Onsite.
