This role is located in New York City - HYBRID. In this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead a team of client account leads responsible for the commercial health of existing clients within the Alternatives Segment Play significant role in u201cgo to marketu201d strategy within the Alts segment Manage the commercial relationship for a short list of strategic clients to grow their wallet share across key business lines within BNY (Markets, Corporate Trust, Asset Servicing & Pershing) Develop opportunities with prospective clients by driving strategy to cover key u201cCenters of Influenceu201d within the industry including Consultants, Audit Firms, Legal Advisors, Prime Brokers and other key service providers Be a leader of Asset Servicing Client Coverage in the NY office, facilitating senior executive engagement with clients & prospects Continue to build our industry presence through participation in events, industry forums, and conferences Have a significant voice in allocating our marketing budget against the highest impact industry eventsTo be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Bacheloru2019s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 15+ years of professional experience, preferably in client management roles with commercial accountability for top line growth Proven ability to capture wallet share through proactive client management practices Experience developing new relationships with prospective clients through to conversion Ability to rally the broader organization to solve complex problems and meet the expectation of our clients Financial services experience within key disciplines including lending, liquidity management, custody, global fund administration & distribution At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $350,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
