DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Transformation Senior Project Manager to drive change initiatives within the Enterprise Data & Analytics organization. The Senior Manager will be part of the Data & Analytics Transformation Office responsible for the delivery of an enterprise-wide program - Transforming Data & Analytics (TDA). The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting program workstream activities including tracking of milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers. The Senior Project Manager function as a liaison for multiple workstreams and assist with project execution. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and potentially vendors to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget and according to quality standards. Additionally, the Manager will help to support the overall Transformation Office which may include developing presentations to communicate program status updates to senior management and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project management activities including the planning, coordination and execution of transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with Program objectives.Work closely with Program workstream leaders and stakeholders to define scope, objective, and outcomes.Manage project dependencies and coordinate with program stakeholders.Help facilitate change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes.Collaborate with Data & Analytics Transformation Office on all project management best practices and support the team to comply with specified program governance.Decision management governance and trackingSupport Change Management activities & communications to assist colleagues impacted by change. Act as a change champion for the transformationQualificationBachelor's degree: 5 - 7 years' experience in project and/or change management.Possesses a results-oriented mentality and is highly effective at coordination, execution, and follow-up focused on the critical priorities to drive positive results.Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including the ability to influence and develop trusting relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple levels of the organization.Strong verbal and written communication skills informed by excellent listening, influencing and perception skills.Ability to clearly articulate message to a variety of audiences and stakeholdersProficiency with MS Office applications required; Atlassian applications a plus (Jira, Confluence)Comfort managing ambiguity and managing multiple assignments as priorities dictate.External and/or internal consulting type experience preferred.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases; agile experience a plusSkills & CompetenciesStrong written and verbal communicationsContinuous improvement mindsetCross-functional collaborationIntegrity, ethical behavior, consistentStrong at building trust and relationship across different departmentsConflict resolution, conflict mgmt.Critical thinking, problem solving.Understands, balances priorities.Curiosity and a desire to learn new things.Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
