As well as getting new grads onboarded and connected with the company globally.Job Duties:Assist senior institutional sales personnel with account coverage across various fixed income products such as mortgage backed securities, municipal bonds, US treasuries, corporate bonds and asset backed securitiesOur entry level sales associates are part of the revenue producing front office gaining exposure to some of the largest asset managers in the world as well as sit alongside StoneX’s top producing senior salespeople. Develop deep product knowledge across fixed income products and be able to create and present value-added trade ideas. Utilize technology and valuation tools to be able to conduct interest rate shift scenario analysis for fixed income securities Pass and obtain series 7 and series 63 licensingStoneX Essential QualificationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretionSound verbal/written communication abilitiesEffective interpersonal skillsSense of urgencyHonesty, curiosity, and tenacityStrong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detailThe confidence to failEarly Careers RequirementsPursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2024 and August 2025Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)Must be authorized to work in the US for any employerWorking environment:5 days In-officeTravel requirements (if applicable)Hiring Salary Range $75,000 - $100,000 per annum (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)"¯ "¯Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan."¯ This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
