You’ll also get to work at a company that cares about your career growth and will help you get the support you need to expand your possibilities.Click HERE to learn more about our Day 1 Benefits, 401k Program, Company Perks, Career Opportunities, Advancement Programs, Scholarships and more!Delivers food to guests in a timely mannerPrimary role is to run food to the guests in a timely fashion depending on specific assignment for that shift (e.g. food runner station or bar/drink runner station)Responsible for clearing all table and resetting them for new seating in accordance with venue standardsEnsure each table is ready for guests arrival in accordance with venue standardsResponsible for approaching newly seated guests, serving bread, butter, water, etc. in a timely and pleasant manner working with servers to expedite service at all tablesMonitor tables to assess guests’ needs and anticipate and respond to guest requests when meal had been completed keeping table clear to provide a clean, neat, eating areaRestock and clean assigned station at the end of shift to have ready for start of next shift in accordance with Department of Health standardsAttendance at pre-shift meetingsResponsible for maintaining a regular and consistent attendance recordParticipate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient operationAssist servers in their duties as required, including assistance with sideworkOther duties as assigned by restaurant managementMust have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitudeMust enjoy hosting othersMust be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guestsHigh school diploma or equivalent; 0-6 months of experience or equivalentMust have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guestsMust have the ability to perform basic math skillsMust have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.)Capacity to work independently with minimal directionMust be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cuesKnowledge of the hotel/casino industry a plusTeamwork - ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day to day operationsCompliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirementAbility to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environmentKnowledge of and compliance with department, property and company policies and proceduresClimbing up heights in excess of 10 feetLifting/moving maximum of 50 lbs.Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spacesWe’ve grown to become the leading provider of integrated entertainment, sports content, and casino gaming experiences thanks to our 43 destinations across North America, online sports betting and iCasino via ESPN BET™ and theScore Bet Sportsbook and Casino®.Being an industry leader means more than being a purveyor of fun.
