RESPONSIBILITIESSeeking a program manager to oversee functional teams supporting government customers.Oversee the planning, executing and tracking of programsCoordinate activities between multiple projectsMeet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goalsTrack risks and mitigation strategies. Maintain the risk register.Adjust and update program documentation, including program management and staffing plansManage team personnel, including onsite project managers or team leadsProvide updates for milestones, monthly status reports, and responding to ad hoc requestsCoordinate interviews and other personnel activitiesSupport new projects and shift resources as needed to respond to evolving customer requirementsManage to budgets, SLAs, and quality improvement standards.Communicate, implement, and improve IT service delivery processesOrganize various programs and activities to improve customer and team efficienciesHelp employees shape long-term goals, facilitate training and growth opportunities for team members, and support a culture of continuous improvementOrganize daily activities based on the company and customer goalsDevise sustainable goals for the team, the company, and the supported customerEvaluate and assess programs’ strengths and weaknesses, and offer suggestions for areas of improvement.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in computer science or similar, or commensurate experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience managing integrated teams and managing large IT teams. PMI PMP certification in good standing desiredIT industry certifications including Agile, Microsoft, Networking, or Cloud encouragedDESIRED QUALIFICATIONSActive Top Secret Clearance, highly desiredCertifications: ITIL, Help Desk Institute (HDI), or COBIT desiredWe are seeking Program Manager to join our team.This team is responsible for providing IT product lifecycle management, technical expertise, and support for the development and operations lifecycle. The team is engaged in the operation and enhancement of over 80 existing IT applications, including several new applications developed annually. Team activities cover information systems operations, information systems development and modernization, and IT security.The operation of existing applications and new application initiatives are critical to the success of the mission. Additionally, thousands of personnel in the law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities use these services on a daily basis to perform mission-critical work.
