HR Generalist LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR Generalist in Jamesburg, NJ. This position is a Contract (Temp). The anticipated pay range is between $50-$60/hr. depending on experience. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.Responsibilities:Oversee current HR systems, workflows, and processes of day-to-day HR transactionsDeveloping and managing benefits strategyStaying informed about legal complianceAnalyzing internal processesCollect data and generate/analyze reports that will be used in providing effective resolutions to daily HR tasksCollaborate with the HR team to create improvements in workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree required3-5 years background in roleMust be proficient in HRIS, ATS, Workday, Dayforce and IcimsMust be organizedHave great communications both verbal and writtenEmployment type: Contract (Temp)Salary: The anticipated pay range is between $50-$60/hr.
