Summary Plans and manages the activities of designated sales projects to ensure that each project's objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and within the established guidelines and parameters. Support operational functions by researching, building, planning, and implementing application supported process improvements. Will work closely with senior level management to ensure successful processes, procedures, and adherence to company standards are met at all levels. This position will support our Growth (Sales) team and is eligible to work a remote schedule. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assisting the events team with a high number of events, ranging from small customer meetings to large events (customer hosted events & meeting, Inside LIVE, Golf tournament, exchange, employee appreciation events, Industry events) Logistical and administrative support with internal communications regarding events and attendees - Industry compilation of events for monthly attendance and adding events to post event grid Monitoring attendance and post event reports for compliance by attendees. Assisting with creative decisions Attending meetings to act as a second point of contact Helping set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion Attend both internal and external events Office space organization and upkeep Logistical support with registration/badges, seating, catering etc Assisting with event supplies- monitoring usage and supply and demand needs Education & Experience Associate's degree or equivalent related experience. High School Diploma is required.
