Other duties will likely be assigned.Attend job turnovers with salesengineeringReview overall project schedule and generate controls project scheduleReview engineering submittalsAttend job meetings and update project team with control tasks, two-week look ahead, milestones, trade coordination needs, punch list, manpower, safety, etc.Coordinate engineeringinstallation commitment dates with controls teamReview manpower projections with department managerSchedule ELCL to meet the project milestone datesReview labor ratios and rates on prevailing wage projects prior to time being enteredProcure materials and negotiate savings through bulk purchaseGenerate sub-contract SPOs as requiredCoordinate material storagelifttoolsother project needsAct as primary point of contact for project teamProvide percent complete for each schedule of values line item for monthly billingReview all bulletins and field work orders for applicable controls scope changes and report to salesestimatorReview ELCL performance versus estimate and report deviation and corrective action to department manager at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% minimumReview EMCM orders versus estimate and report deviation to department managerComplete job safety assessment monthlyEnsure that MSDS, company safety policy, toolbox talks, and other safety documents meet projectcompany requirements.Ensure that field installation changes are documented on red line drawings and provide markups to engineering for as-builtsEnsure that startupcheckoutsystem operationgraphics are completed to company standardsSchedule owner trainingDeliver closeout documents and OM manualsMaintain customer relations to ensure satisfactionReview final project cost and team performance with department managerEvaluate project efficiency and recommend improvementsQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
