Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for import/export logistics? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with specialized expertise in import/export operations to join our client's team in Malvern $17/hour - temp to hire Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and in-person communications. Process and manage orders, including writing orders and creating bills of lading. Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound truck shipments. Maintain and update shipping and receiving records accurately. Communicate effectively with dock employees to ensure proper product handling and logistics. Track and manage product inventory to prevent discrepancies. Assist with record maintenance and filing for operational efficiency. Verify accurate scanning of inventory for both inbound and outbound shipments using HPP. Generate accurate pick lists and ensure error-free processing. Perform week-end closing tasks every Monday. Adhere to health, safety, and cleanliness standards in all activities. Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in import/export logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Access is a plus. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Capable of working under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Cooperative team player with a positive attitude. Clear and pleasant phone voice with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proactive in suggesting and implementing process improvements. Effective communication skills in English. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and calculations. Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required.
