Reference #: JR2632 Western PA CM/CI Group Manager STV's Construction Management and Inspection (CM&I) Group is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an experiencedProject/Construction Manager or Senior Resident Engineer to assist in managing and growing the highway, bridge, and rail CM&I practice in western PA. This individual should be well versed in bridge, highway, and rail construction practices, and have experience working on projects for multiple public agencies including PennDOT, PA Turnpike, ALCOSAN, BPT, City of Pittsburgh, PRT and Allegheny County. This individual must have business relationships with these agencies, be experienced with business development, oral presentations and preparing technical and cost proposals. Must be knowledgeable with project finances and preparing subconsultant contracts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overall management and growth of western PA CM/CI practice. Responsible for developing technical and cost proposals. Leading a team of resident engineers, construction inspectors, and on-site teams. Monitor overall contractor performance to obtain a quality project while maintaining budget. Promoting and enforcing a culture of safety and providing guidance to field teams. Participating in executive level project meetings with clients. Confirm that document control measures and communication protocols are properly implemented. Developing and monitoring KPI's to track project performance, risk, and trends. Forecasting the level of effort required of field teams and office staff to effectively support construction oversight. Development and long-term training of CM/CI personnel. Minimum Required Skills & Relevant Experience: Bachelor's degree in civil, structural engineering or construction management. Minimum 10 years of project/construction management experience on transportation projects. Resident Engineer experience on long span bridges, highway reconstruction and rail projects. Licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania. Experience with business development and preparing technical and cost proposals. Possess strong written and oral communication skills and ability to multi-task. Construction management software experience (CapEx, FACS, Site Manager, Buzzsaw, etc.). Have combination of NJSAT, ACI, ACI CCTC and Rutgers TCC and rail safety certifications. OSHA 30 required or ability to obtain. Compensation Range:$98,676.00 - $131,568.00 Don't meet every single requirement?
