Knows guests by name, personal preferences.Use departmental cleaning and sanitizing chemicals per OSHA, departmental and manufacturer operating standardsInserts necessary chemicals, detergents and additives to ware washing machine chemical supply systemsInforms management of any product shortages, equipment failures or staffing issues in a timely mannerCleans front and back bar counters, shelving, refrigerators, other equipment and floorsCleans Beverage department glasses using mechanical ware washing equipmentStocks jockey boxes and beverage dispensing machines with product and operating supplies in order to properly serve guestGreets guests with a smile, friendly manner and a polite salutationChecks unknown guest identification to ensures guests are of the legal age to be in casino areas and/or purchasing alcoholic beveragesPrepares and serves food for guests using proper gueridon/tableside preparation service.Takes guest food orders, communicates to the kitchen and delivers the food to guests in a timely manner.Opens, decants and serves premium wines and spirits to guests.Takes guest order, suggestively selling non-comp beverages and repeats order back to the guest in order to ensure clarityRequests proper payment from guest where applicableUses point of sale system to enter all ordersPrepares and assists other team members in the preparation of food items, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages with proper garnishesPrepares and maintains room service carts, hot boxes and supplies for proper food delivery.Adheres to all check settlement and food & beverage control proceduresCompletes all other job related duties as assignedMust be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board licensePossession of TIPS or TAM certificationMust be 21 years of age or olderMust have valid original copy of birth certificate or passportRequires knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture - Department of Food Safety and Sanitation regulationsRequired to be able to read, write and verbally communicate fluently in EnglishMust be thoroughly knowledgeable in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage brands and spirit typesPrevious work experience as a Butler preferredGaming environment bartending experience preferredMust be thoroughly knowledgeable in preparation of beverage recipesMust have basic knowledge of wine varietals, colors and typesMust be able to work well in a team environmentWe’ve grown to become the leading provider of integrated entertainment, sports content, and casino gaming experiences thanks to our 43 destinations across North America, online sports betting and iCasino via ESPN BET™ and theScore Bet Sportsbook and Casino®.Being an industry leader means more than being a purveyor of fun.
