Southland is located in West Memphis, Arkansas, only a short drive from downtown Memphis, Tennessee.Train and supervise the front desk team members to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures; evaluate team member job performance and recommend appropriate rewards or corrective actionsProvide team members with guidance on handling difficult problems or in resolving escalated guest complaintsImplement policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with managementPrepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative team membersCoordinate with housekeeping departmentAt least 2 years' experience in hospitality, front desk experience is preferredPrior supervisory experience preferredComputer literate in MS Office programs; some experience with property management systems preferredMust be fluent in English language both spoken and writtenNo college degree required
