Odyssey is looking for a Senior Military Operations Analyst to join the team supporting the USASMDC G37 at Peterson SFB. As the Senior Military Operations Analyst you will be responsible for coordinating as required, with representatives of the G37 Certification and Evaluation Branch the 100th Missile Defense Brigade (GMD), the 1st Space Brigade and the Satellite Operations Brigade for the planning and execution of certification and evaluations of each of those subordinate elements.This is a full-time position at Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, CO and supports Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G37 which consists of the Training and Readiness, Exercises and Certification and Evaluation branches.Duties include, but not limited to:Oversee and supervisefour branches and assigned personnel with U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic CommandResponsible for the Training and Readiness Branch including Mission Essential Tasks, annual command training guidance, monthly Unit Status Reports, DRRS and school managementResponsible for managing the budget, planning, synchronization, execution and assessment of USSTRATCOM and other COCOM major exercises, experiments and wargamesResponsible for the certification of BMD system and space personnel.Minimum Experience:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Security ClearanceEducation:BS/BA DegreeYears of experience: 10+ years of experience working on missile defense related or other complex, large DoD program/projectPreferred QualificationsClearance: Top Secret ClearanceAdditional details:Location: Colorado Springs, CO in Building 3 on Peterson SpaceTravel: 10%#LI-RB1Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, is an innovative small business committed to providing world-class technical, management, and training support services to government and public sector clients.
