Whether you're in our U.S.-based offices supporting refugees, asylees or unaccompanied children ... implementing hygiene initiatives in Cambodia or rebuilding projects in Central America ... or even connecting remotely from your home on fundraising campaigns, grant reports, or critical communications - you have the opportunity to work towards a world where everyone has food, a voice and a safe place to call home.Oversee the implementation of resettlement and integration programs for refugees, asylees, asylum seekers, and other humanitarian immigrants across northern NJ.Build a strong evidence base across all programming using reliable data.Provide technical oversight and support for establishment and maintenance of routine monitoring systems, presentation of findings and building related staff competenciesEnsure the collection of accurate client outcome dataRefine data and information collection methodsCommunicate the impact of proper data collection to CWS Jersey City teamUtilize data to communicate program outcomes to external stakeholdersUse data visualization and qualitative stories to demonstrate program impact to various audiencesEnsure all personal identifiable information is held to the highest confidentiality standard.Manage and improve documentation and data quality systems, including physical case files and online databases.Ensure efficient systems in place for program staff to collect and compile relevant and concise information for routine project reports and occasional special reports as requiredCollaborate with CWS headquarters working groups on outcomes and monitoring and evaluation.Develop evidence-based logic models for future program growth and developmentCoordinate with donors to ensure timely and accurate program reports, including financial reports.Provide accurate office financial information to Office Director for office budget planning purposes.Communicate clear expectations to staff, set annual performance objectives, provide regular and timely positive and constructive performance feedback, and provide documented semi-annual performance reviews.Monitor and maintain accurate records of donations received, in-kind items provided to clients, and records related to match-eligible contributions.Supervise case management programs in accordance with the cooperative agreements.Prepare program staff for monitoring visits.Support fundraising efforts on the local and national level to enhance programs for refugees, asylees, and asylum seekers.Facilitate local community consultation meetings with the Office Director. Participate in regular meetings with donors, including the New Jersey Office for Refugees.Collaborate with the Office Director to design a sustainable office structure. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience administering refugee resettlement and/or US Immigration programs and related activities.
