LEARN's contracts team will handle all insurance paneling and billing to health plansPsychometry support is availableWork collaborating with a clinical team dedicated to clinical excellencyMake a profound difference for families by providing evaluations, support, and recommendationsCompetitive compensation package includes health insurance, paid time off and holidays, reimbursement for continuing education, retirement plan, and moreSome essential functions may include:Conducting comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and assessments with children and adolescents to determine the presence of various neurodevelopmental conditions, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other intellectual disabilitiesAdministering, scoring, and interpreting required developmental and psychological assessments measuresCompleting psychological reports, progress notes, treatment plans, and other documentation in accordance with company practicesProviding individual, family, and/or group therapyOpportunities for supervision of staff and traineesMaintaining state license, completing required continuing education, and staying current on literature around evidence-based practices and interventionsIdeal candidate will have the following qualifications:Clinical experience diagnosing autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and communication disordersFamiliarity with the ADOS-2 assessment preferredExperience with toddlers preferredBilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not requiredPhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited universityLLP or LP, licensed in the state of WisconsinAbility to work cohesively with a team of other licensed cliniciansSpecial preference will be given to candidates residing in Wisconsin/Central Time Zone, or to candidates willing to travel to Wisconin on an as-needed basisLEARN Behavioral is an equal opportunity employer.
