Good afternoon:If te below is a match - please attach resume on siteup to 140k - Permanent role Norwood, NJ LHH is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Operations Director to oversee all aspects of production at our Norwood, NJ and Middlesex, NJ manufacturing plants, with future responsibilities extending to lab activities. This role offers a significant growth opportunity for a driven individual looking to advance their career. As a key leader within our organization, you will lead managers and supervisors in implementing best-in-class manufacturing practices, ensuring the achievement of our Safety, Growth, and Cost objectives. Your role will involve seamless collaboration with other departments to drive efficiency and innovation.Ensure compliance with all safety rules, regulations, and corporate policies at all times.Implement and uphold performance management practices to meet business objectives, includes performance reviews based on measurable KPIs.Hire, promote, and develop talent while building a robust succession planWorking with direct reports, and colleagues, develop solid and implement solid training plans, SOPs, and monitor and measure.Drive continuous improvement initiatives directly and through your team.Participate in daily morning production/planning meetings.Own Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) for quality and safety-related issues within your areas of responsibility.Minimize late orders due to manufacturing delays, rejections, and inventory discrepancies.Utilize internal resources to address maintenance and facilities-related issues whenever possible.Replace annual physical inventory counts with routine cycle counting.Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Develop and maintain departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a manufacturing team, with a proven track record of managing large groups of hourly workers.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organizationStrong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus, but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Batchmetrics or similar MRP systems, and NetSuite.Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $14,000.00 per daySearch managed by: Robert Park Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
