LHH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Specialist to join our client's team. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from our client's customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely and effective collection of outstanding debts.Analyzing customer financial situations and proposing suitable solutions for debt vestigating and resolving any discrepancies or disputes related to accounts.Providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and resolve customer issues.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and collection efforts.Qualifications: Proven experience as a B2C Collections Officer or in a similar role.Strong understanding of debt collection laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
