This job was posted by : For more information, please see: JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Recruiter DEPARTMENT: Recruiting DIRECT REPORT: Recruiting Manager FUNCTION: This position is responsible for the recruiting cycle with all potential applicants. Also, responsible for maintaining daily staffing reports. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for working with all departments to ensure Guest & Employee Satisfaction. Contact new applicants from (Applicant Tracking System) ATS daily prescreen, schedule interviews with managers, manage onboarding and update ATS with status. Manage the weekly orientation class with other Recruiters and HR Coordinator, ensuring New Hires complete all onboarding tasks before Orientation. Maintain and update daily staffing report send to Recruiting Manager and Director of Human Resources daily. Maintain the Peak report daily and send it to the Recruiting Manager and Director of Human Resources weekly. Entering information into ATS and follow recruiting protocol: prescreen, schedule, onboard, update. Arrange management interviews to include coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and attending Recruiting-based webinars. Attends internal and external job fairs. Distributes flyers, QR cards and other collateral. Networks with local communities and keeps our brand a focal point as a preferred employer. Practices the WinStar World Hotel Culture and ensures all cultural expectations are implemented and regularly practiced throughout the hotel. Comes up with new sourcing strategies as well as sourcing through social media, head hunting for skilled candidates, and updating current positions on multiple job boards daily. Responsible for performing other duties as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: []{#_Hlk107304404}HS Diploma or equivalent. Recruiting experience preferred. Hospitality Experience preferred. Excellent written & verbal communication. Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational skills. Ability to multitask in fast paced demanding environment. Proficient Microsoft Office skills - required. Strong employee relations experience. Must speak, read, and write English. Bi-lingual preferred. Knowledge of social media platforms and Recruiting programs. Network with professionals and candidates seeking employment. Have professional communication etiquette. Must have people Skills, supports diversity, employment law and have project management skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, and other systems as needed.
