summary:Import/Export Brokerage Agents Needed In The East Side of El Paso Pay Rate: $14 - $16/Hr Shift: 1st 8am - 5pm and/or 9am - 6pm and 2nd shift 3pm - 12am Weekly Pay Holiday Pay Medical/Vision/Dental Job Description: Provides support with miscellaneous projects, filing and research paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files. Provides warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders. Maintains excellent working relationship with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts. Etc. in a courteous and efficient manner. Report's customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction. Acts as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and the customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
