Job Title: Temporary RecruiterLocation: Brentwood, NYHours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)Schedule: Full-time, OnsiteHourly Rate: $30-$34Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Temporary Recruiter to join our team in Brentwood, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of high-volume, entry-level hiring. This role is crucial in managing the recruitment process and ensuring that we attract and hire top talent efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume, entry-level positions. This includes job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.- Communication: Effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process.- Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, maintain a pipeline of candidates, and ensure timely follow-up.- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.Requirements:- Experience: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in high-volume, entry-level hiring.- Software Knowledge: Experience with UKG is a huge plus, but not required.- Availability: Ability to start ASAP.- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both hiring managers and candidates.Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hourSearch managed by: Clare Rant Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
