Role Description The Entertainment Services and AI team is focused on building great new experiences for Comcast's entertainment platforms. From voice to personalization to metadata management, our team handles a large set of applied AI and platform needs for entertainment experiences. Content Discovery is a core function of these experiences and has a strategic roadmap ahead to create new valuable features for our customers. The competitive landscape is evolving rapidly and our product team is at the center of making big impact for the company that benefits our customers As a Product Manager Intern in the Content Discovery team, you will be responsible for supporting new and innovative Content Discovery features and capabilities for entertainment platforms. This role will give you exposure to end-to-end product management skills, including product discovery and competitive analysis. This role will support defining and optimizing feature metrics and writing user stories/epics. This role will also establish an understanding of day-to-day scrum activities for a product owner and owning the strategy/prioritization for these feature metrics/roadmaps. You will be working with the best and brightest minds in Comcast while we A/B test and roll out Content Discovery features that have a direct, measurable impact on our Video customers on a global scale. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Document requirements for new products and improvements to existing products based on customer needs Analyze competitive video entertainment products and identify gaps Assist product development efforts by helping with end user product testing Assist in conducting A/B tests for new features and enhancements Regular, consistent and punctual attendance Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Preferred Skills Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Analytical skills to enable data-driven decision making (including data analysis) Prepared to solve complex problems within the Entertainment space Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals Preferred Majors: Any Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027) Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating) Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025 Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering) Comcast is an Affirmative Action/EEO employer M/F/D/V Comcast is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
