Job Summary We are currently hiring an Onsite Program Manager for our Total Talent Solutions team. The primary purpose of this position is to work at the client site(s) as the focal point for all talent staffing program operations. The role works to proactively ensure effective execution of client specific account plan, as well as overall daily and consistent account operations management at one or more client locations. The scope of position may vary depending upon the client and the size of the account. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these: Build and maintain good relationships at all levels of the client's organization and deliver exceptional service by ensuring by managing all client service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality. Management of supplier partners, including, but not limited to VMS administration of new requisition requests, track hiring KPIs, review supplier performance and adjustment of strategies as needed. Partner with suppliers to ensure effective execution of recruiting strategies that deliver the applicant flow and hiring results to meet and exceed fill rate and on-time fill rate goals. Serve as primary point of contact for all contingent worker inquiries, concerns, and service issues. Facilitate proactive and positive resolution. Facilitate and conduct new hire orientations, including communicating client performance expectations. Schedule and administer onsite plant tours for potential candidates from all suppliers. Competencies Competencies we value for this role include outstanding customer service, financial management skills, ethical conduct, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, a passion for continuous improvement, intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment.
