Temp to Hire Position Claim Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Responsible for managing customers claims. Obtain statements and signatures from customers. Organized all claims and follow up to ensure completion. Upload documents, pictures and information collected from the customer for account verification. Keep track of all claims and report any problems to the supervisor or Manager. Record customer information within our customer service database. Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies. required-skills: Claim Coordinator Job Requirements: Previous Customer Service experience required. Claims Experience preferred. Data Entry Experience Strong Communication Skills Ability to read, write and speak English.
