Shipping Packer & Crate Builder - Hands-On Role in a Fast-Paced Warehouse 2nd Shift Opportunity Monday - Friday from 3pm -11pm Looking for a hands-on job where no two days are the same? We're hiring a Shipping Packer & Crate Builder to join our energetic warehouse team If you're skilled with tools, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: Pack and Protect Shipments: Safely pack a variety of products for shipping, ensuring all items are properly secured. Build Custom Shipping Crates: Measure, cut, and assemble wooden crates tailored to protect high-value or sensitive items during transit. Inspect and Verify Orders: Double-check packaging for accuracy, ensuring the correct items and quantities are prepared for shipment. Collaborate with Shipping Team: Work closely with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Use Tools and Equipment: Operate basic hand tools, saws, and other equipment to build crates and safely package materials. What We're Looking For: Experience with woodworking or crate building (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific packing instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools. A team player with great communication and problem-solving skills.
