Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly TechnicianLocation: Akron/GreenPay: $15.00Shift:Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PMSaturday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM (with overtime) (52.50 hrs per week)Overview: We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. Unlike assembly line work, this role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with various components to assemble equipment and machines. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.Key Responsibilities: Precision Assembly: Master the art of skillfully assembling components using the right tools for unparalleled precision in manufacturing. Quality Assurance: Be the Client of quality by meticulously inspecting machine parts and promptly reporting any issues to your supervisor, ensuring top-notch production. Part Finishing: Utilize hand tools to expertly deburr fixtures, contributing to the creation of the finest components. Inventory Management: Keep a watchful eye on accurate part counts, supporting seamless and efficient production processes. Equipment Maintenance: Safely return equipment to designated storage areas after use, maintaining a well-organized and efficient workspace. Workplace Excellence: Uphold a clean and organized work area, prioritizing safety and efficiency in all tasks. Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, leveraging effective teamwork to surpass production goals. Tool Familiarity: Proficiency with hand and power tools. Basic Skills: Possess basic reading and arithmetic skills. Physical Aptitude: Demonstrate physical dexterity, strength, stamina, and coordination. Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills coupled with a self-starter mentality.
