The Corporate Director of HRIS will also be responsible for other proprietary and third-party systems.The ideal candidate will have healthcare Workday implementation experience in a leadership capacity.The position is on-site and based in Tampa, Florida.Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of WorkdayConfigure the HRIS to meet specific business requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Workday systemImplement enhancements and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracyManage, present and attend corporate meetings to support the corporate departments impacted by HRISProvide updates and education to staff during implementation of WorkdayTranslate complex information from a technical perspective to the business partnersAnalyze, audit and verify collection of accurate dataGenerate accurate and timely reporting from Workday and other HRISCommunicate program design updates/changes to employees and necessary third partiesThoroughly test program enhancements and updates prior to implementationDesign and distribute training materials for HRIS enhancements and implementationsTroubleshoots problems/issues within HRIS HR, Benefits and Payroll and interfaces to ancillary systemsMonitor and maintain integration systems that are connected to WorkdayDiscover inefficiencies in HRIS business processes and implement required process improvementsPartner with IT to identify and resolve and technical issues impacting data integrationDevelop and execute an ongoing HR technology strategyThis is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.Required:Bachelor's Degree in Related Field8+ years HRIS management experiencePreferred:HRIS Healthcare ExperienceERP/Workday Implementation Experience
