He/She will build relationships and collaborate with all divisions to meet current Talent Acquisition needs by conducting and managing full-cycle high volume recruiting, hiring, and other staffing needs for assigned divisions. This work is carried out in support of the mission and goals of Samaritan Daytop Village.What You Will DoSupport Samaritan Daytop Village business goals by independent sourcing of candidates with minimal use of outside agencies to fill the position in a timely and cost effectively mannerPre-screen, interview, schedule, and recommend prospective employees to management for various jobs in the agency, including but not limited to: Case Managers, Residential Aides, House Managers, Social Workers, and Program Directors.Serve as the liaison between the candidate and hiring manager during the interview and selection process. Consult and advise hiring managers on hiring process and negotiate job offers.Cultivate, foster, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing and operational needs and to develop recruitment strategies to source and secure qualified candidates.Facilitate the requisition process by creating and reviewing Job Descriptions, funding sources, position line numbers for all approved requisitions to ensure accuracy and timely posting of positions.Utilize in-house Applicant Tracking System to identify and recruit qualified candidatesWho You Will BeSomeone with an Associates Degree At least three to five years recruiting experience within the non-profit sector and preferably within a high volume, fast paced environment.Excellent organizational, relationship building, follow-up and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure with very tight time lines.Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and New York state laws regarding employment practices
