Nuuly is looking for a passionate, curious, and creative individual to join the Nuuly Analytics team as a Digital Analytics Associate Analyst. In this role, you will not only dive deep into the 'why' behind the data, but also think critically and creatively about the customer’s experience and journey. Your ability to generate insightful hypotheses, backed by both intuition and data, will be crucial in driving Nuuly's fast-paced business forward. Being able to understand and empathize with our customers, paired with analytical skills, will enable you to provide valuable insights that enhance our user experience and marketing strategies.What is Nuuly Analytics:The analytics team leads strategic initiatives across the business, helping bring data-driven insights to other functions, including marketing, user experience, planning, logistics, customer service, as well as our own data science and machine learning projects. The Digital Analytics sector of the analytics team is specifically responsible for analyzing all on-site behavior as well as working with engineering and product management teams to ensure that tagging and setup are sufficient for current and future enhancements. Create reports in Google Analytics, Looker/Looker Studio, and via Google BigQuery (SQL) to provide insights and recommendations to various stakeholdersAnalyze ad hoc requests from teams like creative, web merchandising, and marketingBe a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, transforming data into compelling storytellingAssist in the strategy, setup, and analysis of on-site A/B testing to optimize site experiences and business outcomesAnalyze the performance of new site and business features, assessing their impact on customer experience and business metrics.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics, fashion, and rental industries#LI-AZ1Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or 0-2 years hands-on experience in a quantitative roleA curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and dig deep into data to understand user behaviorA passion for making data-driven decisions and familiar with basic statistical conceptsStrong communication skills with the ability to adapt quicklyMicrosoft Excel or Google Sheets (proficient)Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides (proficient)Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required:SQL/BigQueryGoogle Analytics: (Universal, GA4)Data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau)URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
