Job Summary: Responsible for leveraging the Stratus professional sports based corporate partnership in Cleveland, Ohio to drive revenue growth, expand product and service offerings (Signage, Construction, Energy, Brand and R&M) and customer satisfaction of assigned prospect and customer accounts. This is primarily achieved through prospecting, relationship building, networking, strong customer service, and problem solving.Essential Responsibilities:Focuses on revenue growth within the Cleveland Cavaliers & Rocket Companies by leveraging the Stratus corporate sponsorship agreement. Responsible for relationship building within all applicable departments where we sell our offerings, including but not limited to procurement, signage/branding, corporate real estate, facility services and sustainability/energy.Leverages customer contacts/relationships to identify and solicit new business opportunities with affiliated organizations, such as other professional NBA teams and local professional sports teams.Responsible for total revenue of assigned accounts, including products and services, in line with annualized quota (tracked and reported monthly) and year over year annual revenue growth plan.Works with Business Development to respond to RFP/RFQs.Works with Marketing to develop necessary collateral to promote offerings, conducts in-person meetings and presentations as necessary.Works with Operations to maintain communication, quality and other deliverables in accordance with customer SLAs (service level agreements).Manages and resolves high-level customer conflicts.Other duties as assigned by the SVP, Regional Sales.Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 3 years in Sales/Business Development or Customer Facing Account/Program Management. Past experience selling to or representing professional sports teams preferred.Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow new accounts and build deep relationships within an organizationThe ability to commute easily within the greater Cleveland, OH area, including downtown to the Arena.Willingness to represent Stratus during evening and weekend events at the Arena by hosting customers and prospects. Proven track record of daily prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality error-free workExcellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities needed to work in a fast-paced work environmentStrong sense of professionalism and courtesyComputer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LinkedIn, experience with Salesforce and/or ZoomInfo a plusTravel will be required as necessary up to 50%, primarily locally.Physical and mental demandsThis job description is not intended to be a complete list of all responsibilities, duties, or skills required for the job and is subject to review and change at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with the needs of Stratus.
