Patina Restaurant Group was recently named one of America's Top 25 restaurant groups by Nation's Restaurant News.Properly measure, portion, and cook all food items in a timely mannerEnsure correct food temperatures are maintained and food is stored safelyPerform opening, closing, and side work duties according to proper guidelinesKeep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stockedUse waste control guidelines and record all waste on spoilage sheetMinimum of 2 year of experience as line cook required, preferablyin a high end, high volume settingAbility to move rapidly and coordinate multiple ordersAbility to follow procedures and take directionsBasic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportionsManual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, and blend a variety of foods and liquidsAbility to carry large pans, weighing up to 50 pounds, andoperate kitchen equipmentConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsHot and damp environment
