Southland is located in West Memphis, Arkansas, only a short drive from downtown Memphis, Tennessee.Assess and address repairs that cannot be done in the field, working on parts, testing parts, troubleshoot issues and decide whether in-house or external repairs are neededMaintain the inventory of parts that are good, need repair, machines, and parts at the vendor for repair and disposition of parts that can no longer be repairedWork independently to achieve goals and results while collaborating for the overall success of the teamEnsure all established policies and procedures are adhered, ensuring protection of assets and team membersNo high school diploma or GED requiredAble to obtain and maintain a state gaming licenseMinimum 2 years' related experience or trainingBasic math skills, computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets, graphics, routine data base activity, and record keeping, as well as basic smart phone and GPS knowledgeMaintain a valid driver's licenseAble and willing to work flexible work scheduleOperate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time and under adverse driving conditionsCarry minimum of 70 poundsAbility to stand, sit, and kneel for brief periodsWork in an indoor, loud, and smoky gaming environment where gaming and alcohol consumption occur
