Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resource administration, Business or related3 of the most recent 5 years’ experience working in a full range of human resource functions and requirements including recruiting, placement, total rewards, employee relations, labor and employment law, and policy and process developmentDesired Qualifications:Master’s degree in human resource administration, business or relatedWorking knowledge of Human Resource administration in a healthcare facilityLeads employee relations services and collaborates with other managers aiding in Organizational Development advancement. Participates in designs, plans, and implementation of employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. Maintains good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee engagement. Contributes to effective total Human Resource operations by providing leadership and communications support and by assisting other team members in delivering integrated services.
